Sylvia and Rich have helped me buying a property. I eventually decided to put off house buying due to market and personal circumstances. However, in the short period they have worked with me looking for a property, they proved to be highly knowledgeable of all neighborhoods in the city of Melbourne and beyond. They were quite pleasant to work with and they showed they had my best interest at heart. I would recommend them to any real estate client without hesitation. During a very hot sellers market time frame during Covid, Sylvia helped us win a bid on a house that had 25 other offers on it . She is an amazing negotiator and has great people skills. If your looking for a great realtor who will look out for your best interest and get your deal closed quickly then I would highly recommend you go with Sylvia !

Sylvia was highly attentive to our needs from the first contact and was incredibly supportive throughout the home purchasing process. She was quick to respond to our calls and emails and was very accommodating and professional! Wonderful realtor to work with and would recommend to anyone who is interested in any sort of real estate endeavor.

Sylvie really stepped up when we were in a bit of a pinch to get a contract and close by the time our existing home for sale closed. She tirelessly set up multiple property viewings over multiple days, advised us as to local information, and added an escalation clause that won us the contract on our dream home.
